Services
Medical Care
Our medical services are provided under the guidance of our Medical Director, Dr. Kirandeep Kaur, M.D., and our Assistant Medical Director, Dr. Josjin Vazhappily, M.D. They are members of the Medical Review Care Team, whose responsibilities include assisting the establishment of our medical care policies.
We also have agreements with Dr. S. Demehri, DPM, Podiatrist, to provide for podiatry services; and MedOptions of Towson for psychological and psychiatric consultations.
Residents are welcome to remain under the care of their personal physician while at St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. However, your physician must obtain credentialing privileges at the Center in order to serve as your attending physician.
If your loved one requires transportation for medical services provided outside of our facility, our staff will assist you in making any necessary arrangements.

Respite Care
At St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center we offer Respite Care designed to provide caregivers a break in their routine. Providing care to a loved one in your home can be very difficult, and situations can arise that require you to be absent for several days.
The Respite Care program at St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides for the continuation of care so that the caregiver can participate in vacations, business trips, holidays, or other events. We offer a range of creative activities, comprehensive nursing, and rehabilitation services. Our Respite Care services can be provided for as few as two days to as many as thirty days. All care is provided under the supervision of the patient’s personal physician or by one of the attending doctors at St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
